University of North Carolina freshman forward Caleb Wilson, the team’s leading scorer and rebounder, has broken his right thumb in practice and is out for the season. This is the second hand injury for Wilson, who previously broke his left hand in February. He will require surgery. The Tar Heels, who have clinched a double-bye, play at Duke on Saturday.
