Over 3,600 households in Okinawa, Japan, are without power due to a typhoon, with Okinawa Electric Power conducting remote restoration work because strong rain and wind make outdoor work dangerous. Tokyo correspondent Kurumi Mori reports from cloudy Tokyo, where four straight rainy days are forecast starting tomorrow.
