The Buffalo Bills have made several roster moves ahead of their playoff game. They signed cornerback Dane Jackson from the practice squad to help replace the injured Maxwell Hairston. Defensive tackle Jordan Phillips was placed on Injured Reserve due to a foot injury, ending his season. The team also added quarterback Shane Buechele and cornerback Daryl Porter Jr. to their practice squad.
