Google’s Pixel 10a Budget Champion Returns Almost Unchanged
Google has unexpectedly announced the Pixel 10a, with pre-orders starting unusually early on February 18, 2026. The design follows the A-series template but now features a camera module flush with the back panel, allowing the phone to lie flat. It has a horizontal pill-shaped camera housing, flat metal edges, and a matte finish.
A soft lavender color is shown in the teaser, with other rumored options including Obsidian (black), Berry (red), and Fog (white/grey). The phone is expected to use a Tensor G4 chip with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.
It will likely have a 6.3-inch 120Hz FHD+ display, a ~5,100mAh battery, and a camera system featuring a 48MP main and 13MP ultrawide lens, enhanced by Google’s AI photo software. Pricing is rumored to start at $499.
